Robust providing and fixing of hollow metal  fire rated doors as per IS 3614: 2021, for 120min integrity. Pressed galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following Manufacturer specification ( ROBUST) . Recommended fire door shall be tested as per IS/ISO 3008-1 & IS/ ISO 834-1, from CBRI/SPECTRO approved lab. Fire doors shall be with fire rated hardware and vision panel all as a complete assembly. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating is mandatory.

Providing & fixing of hollow metal Un-Insulated fire rated doors as per IS 3614: 2021, for 120min integrity only. Pressed galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. The doorset shall be tested as per IS 3614 : 2021 from CBRI, Roorkee or Spectro Eurofins Lab for fire rating.

Frame:

Door frame shall be single rebate profile of size 100 x 57 mm made out of 1.2 mm (18 gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be bolted assembled with nut-bolts. Frames shall be site fitted with fire rated EPDM gasket as standard. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware.  Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Frames shall be filled with fire rated puff and the gaps shall be sealed with silicon sealant if required.

Shutter:

Door leaf shall be 45 mm thick fully flush double skin door, Un-insulated with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 1.2 mm (18 gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.3 mm. For pair of doors astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Vision lite wherever applicable should be provided as per manufacturers recommendation with screw fixing arrangement. 

Vision glass:

The glass should be 6 mm clear borosilicate fire rated Schott glass of relevant rating of the door. Max size of the vision panel shall not exceed 0.12 sq.mt.

Finish:

All doors and frames shall be finished Pure Polyester Powder coated and shall have passed minimum 300 hours of salt spray test.
